Up to 23 people have been killed and 25 injured in a gun attack on a bus with Coptic Christians in Minya Governorate in Upper Egypt, Egypt’s Health Ministry confirmed on Friday.
Earlier reports cited medics saying that the attack carried out by unknown gunmen left 24 people dead and 16 injured.
